Personalized, heartfelt ceremonies to honour a life and legacy.
When someone we love dies, there’s so much to hold — the grief, the details, the memories.
Amidst it all, there’s also a deep desire to honour who they were, how they lived, and what they meant to those who loved them.
That’s where I come in.
As a Certified Life-Cycle Celebrant® and skilled storyteller, I’ll help shape a ceremony that feels true — to your loved one, to your family, and to the moment you’re in. Whether it’s a full Celebration of Life, a quiet graveside interment, or something in between, we’ll mark the day with presence, meaning, and care.
You’ll be in steady, compassionate hands — with someone who can gently guide the process, ask the right questions, and hold space for both laughter and tears.
Celebrations that are as unique as your loved one
Each service is thoughtfully shaped to suit your needs and might include:
- A fully personalized eulogy, written and delivered by me
- A collaborative ceremony, with room for others to speak
- Readings, poems, music, or prayer (as desired)
- A meaningful graveside or interment service
- Quiet moments of reflection, remembrance, and connection.
This is a space where stories are told honestly, with love. Where everything — and everyone — can be held with dignity, tenderness, and grace.
All Are Welcome Here
Every life deserves to be honoured. Every family deserves to be seen.
At Living Love Stories, I celebrate and welcome people of all faiths, cultures, identities, and orientations. As an ordained Metaphysical Minister, every ceremony I create is grounded in love, compassion, and connection. Each service is shaped to honour your loved one, your family, and your traditions whether they be spiritual, secular, religious, or somewhere in between – you are welcome here. Always.
Perinatal and Infant Loss
If you are navigating the heartbreak of losing a baby — through miscarriage, stillbirth, or shortly after birth — please know that this is a space of open-hearted care. These tender goodbyes matter, and I am honoured to walk gently with families through them, shaping a ceremony that acknowledges the devastating loss and also honours the love you carry forward from here.
What to Expect
When you reach out, I’ll respond promptly to arrange a brief meeting — a space to ask questions, share what you need, and see if I feel like the right fit.
You don’t need to know exactly how you want this to unfold before we talk — working it through, together, is a welcome part of the process.
If you choose to move forward, I’ll be with you every step of the way: gathering stories, shaping the ceremony, and officiating on your chosen day.
Fees vary depending on the type of service, with most falling between $350 and $650. Please reach out to discuss what you need — I’ll meet you with care, flexibility, and respect.
F.A.Q.
What training do you have, and how is your role different from clergy or a funeral director?
I am an ordained Metaphysical Minister with the Canadian Institute of Metaphysical Ministers, and a Certified Life-Cycle Celebrant® with the Celebrant Foundation & Institute. This means I am both licensed to officiate ceremonies in Ontario and trained in the art of ritual, storytelling, and ceremony design.
Unlike clergy, I don’t represent a single faith tradition — my role is to honour your loved one and your family’s beliefs, whatever they may be. And while funeral directors care for many important details of the day, my role is entirely focused on storytelling, remembrance, and holding space for all who attend.
Are your ceremonies religious?
My ceremonies are spiritual but not religious in the traditional sense of the word. They are created to reflect the life, values, and story of your loved one, and to deepen our connections to one another. If you’d like to include readings, prayers, or rituals from your own traditions, I’ll gladly make space for that, too.
Can family members or friends speak during the ceremony?
Of course. Some families prefer me to write and deliver the full eulogy, while others want space for loved ones to share. We can make room for what feels right.
How quickly can you create a ceremony?
Whether you’re planning with just a few days’ notice or taking more time, I will meet you where you are. Together, we’ll create something meaningful within the timeframe you have.
Do you work with funeral homes?
Yes, I often collaborate with funeral directors to help coordinate details. If you already have a funeral home involved, I’ll happily connect with them to make sure everything flows smoothly.
Do you offer graveside or interment-only services?
Yes. These can be part of a larger service or a stand-alone ceremony, depending on what your family prefers.
Do you travel for Celebrations of Life?
Yes. Travel within 50 km of Aylmer, ON, is included. I’m happy to travel further — standard travel fees apply.
